Mobile Plumber – HIU & Commercial Maintenance

I’m currently recruiting for a Mobile Plumber to join an established maintenance team, working across a Westminster council contract covering a portfolio of commercial properties.

This is a great opportunity for a plumber with strong commercial maintenance experience and, importantly, hands-on knowledge of HIU systems.

The Role

Responsibilities will include:

• Servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on HIU systems

• Planned preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance

• Diagnosing heating and hot-water issues

• Repairing taps, valves, pipework, sanitaryware and associated systems

• Maintaining pumps and other mechanical equipment

• Carrying out general commercial building maintenance

• Completing maintenance records and job reports

• Liaising professionally with clients and site teams

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commercial plumbing and heating experience

• Previous HIU servicing and fault-finding experience

• Good knowledge of hot-water and heating systems

• Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance

• Ability to work independently across multiple sites

• A full UK driving licence and a professional approach
