We are currently recruiting for a Call Handler to join a busy repairs and maintenance team within the social housing sector.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who is confident handling a high volume of calls and enjoys helping customers resolve their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls from residents and customers
• Dealing with repairs and maintenance enquiries
• Logging and updating customer information accurately
• Booking and arranging repairs appointments
• Liaising with residents, operatives and contractors
• Handling queries and resolving issues professionally
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

About You:

• Previous Call Handler, Customer Service or Contact Centre experience
• Strong communication and telephone skills
• Confident dealing with customers and resolving queries
• Good administration and organisational skills
• Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Previous social housing, repairs or maintenance experience is desirable
