Freelance Site Manager Required – Immediate Start – Dorset (DT5)

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for an immediate start on a facade remediation project in Dorset (DT5). This is a 4-week contract with responsibility for overseeing site operations, with a particular focus on health & safety management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site activities
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times
• Conducting site inspections and toolbox talks
• Managing subcontractors and site documentation
• Monitoring progress and reporting to the project team
• Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme requirements

Essential Requirements

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
• Good IT skills and site administration capability
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Desirable

• Experience managing facade remediation or external envelope projects
• Working knowledge of Fieldview software
• Previous experience on occupied or live environments
