A leading housebuilder is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to join their established team based in Surrey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Coordinator with residential development experience looking to progress their career with a highly respected developer. The business is open to candidates from a housebuilding, architectural practice, or civil engineering consultancy background who have experience supporting the delivery of residential projects.

The Role

You'll support  in coordinating the design and technical delivery of multiple residential developments, liaising with consultants, local authorities, utility providers, and internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly from planning through to construction.

Requirements

• Experience working on residential developments
• Background within a housebuilder, architectural practice, or engineering consultancy
• Understanding of the planning, design, and construction process
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Familiarity with technical drawings, consultant management, and statutory approvals
