About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Painter / Handyman to join our team, working on residential and commercial properties across Crawley and the surrounding areas.

The role is primarily painting and decorating, with additional duties including snagging, mastic application, filling, and general finishing work. We're looking for someone with a great eye for detail who takes pride in delivering a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior painting
• Surface preparation, sanding, and priming
• Filling cracks, holes, and imperfections
• Applying mastic/silicone neatly to a high standard
• Completing snagging lists on new-build and refurbishment projects
• Minor repair and finishing works
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area

Requirements

• Proven experience in painting and decorating
• Experience with snagging, filling, and mastic application
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Own tools preferred
