Quantity Surveyor

£55,000 – £65,000 plus Car Allowance, Travel and Bonus

We are working with a Tier One Main Contractor and due to continued growth and new project awards across residential, healthcare, and commercial sectors, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our London team.

This is a company that can offer a Quantity Surveyor a wide range of opportunities to progress through the ranks within the business and also an opportunity to work on a variety of different projects

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial strategy and project delivery
• Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and final accounts
• Oversee valuations, variations, and cost reporting (CVRs)
• Maintain accurate site records and financial forecasts
• Collaborate with site teams to drive commercial performance
• Assist with risk management and cash flow control
• Support and mentor junior team members

Experience & Skills

• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
• Experience in residential, healthcare, or commercial projects
• Proficient with industry measurement standards and technology tools
• Good organisational, negotiation, and time management skills

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified (or working towards professional accreditation)
• Knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial processes
