This contractor is a central Manchester construction company that is very well established and deliver a range of projects across the Manchester and Liverpool.

Projects typically range in value from £1.5 – £12 million with a repeat client base.

The Quantity Surveyor role:

• Managing commercial activities on a range of construction projects.
• Procurement and placing subcontractor orders.
• Pricing variations, preparation of valuations, negotiating and ongoing final accounting for contractor and client accounts.
• Cash flows and cost reporting.
• Attending site meetings and client meetings.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor.
• Qualified to a degree level or equivalent.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and reporting skills.
