Our client is leading main contractor delivering residential projects across London, who are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee the technical delivery of a high-risk building scheme in Wimbledon. The Technical Manager will take the project from early stages through to site and handover to the client.

The successful Technical Manager will play a critical role in managing design development, coordinating technical information, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act, and supporting the delivery of a complex residential project from pre-construction through to handover.

This position is ideal for a detail-driven Technical Manager with a strong background in technical coordination and design management on large-scale residential developments, with main contractors or residential developers.
