Job Description

• Managing commercial performance as a Quantity Surveyor delivering repairs and maintenance works across social housing stock in Stratford-upon-Avon
• Controlling valuations, variations and final accounts on a social housing repairs contract across the Warwickshire region
• Managing subcontractor procurement and performance as part of the Quantity Surveyor commercial team
• Supporting operational delivery teams in Stratford-upon-Avon housing maintenance projects
• Producing cost reporting and forecasting to ensure the repairs and maintenance contract achieves commercial targets

Skills / Qualifications

• Quantity Surveyor experience within social housing or housing maintenance frameworks
• NHF Schedule of Rates knowledge working as a Quantity Surveyor in social housing
• SOR coding experience managing repairs and maintenance works
• Subcontractor management experience within a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor role
• Commercial reporting experience supporting housing maintenance projects in Stratford-upon-Avon or the wider Warwickshire region
