Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead site operations and ensure the successful delivery of major industrial construction schemes.

The Role

As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing site operations on large-scale industrial projects. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.

This role is ideal for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in industrial, logistics, or mission-critical projects such as data centres.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Site Manager 

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to completion

• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards and site compliance

• Manage programme schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Maintain high standards of quality control and workmanship

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients

• Conduct regular site meetings, progress reporting, and risk assessments

• Resolve on-site issues and drive productivity across the project team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager on large industrial or commercial projects

• Strong experience delivering data centres, warehouses, or industrial units

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and logistics planning

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced build programmes

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• SMSTS

• CSCS (Black/Professional or Gold Card)
