Salary: Up to £52,000 p/a

A high profile FM provider is hiring for a Technical Supervisor to join a commercial portfolio in Central London. This is a great opportunity to work within a successful team that keeps the operation running smoothly 24/7.

The role:

Reporting into the Facilities Manager and working as part of the Engineering team, the Technical Supervisor will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and fault-finding of M&E building services, ensuring the sites remain safe, compliant and fully operational at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Technical Supervisor will oversee the delivery of hard FM services across a large, multi-site estate, ensuring compliance with internal engineering policies and operational procedures.
• Lead and coordinate engineering and support teams to deliver both planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• Act as the key liaison between client representatives, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational performance.
• Monitor and manage service delivery against agreed SLAs and KPIs, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to contract standards.
• Support the Facilities Manager with operational planning, resource management, and performance reporting.

What they are looking for:

• The Technical Supervisor needs a relevant qualification in an engineering, building services, or facilities management discipline (e.g., City & Guilds, ONC, HNC or equivalent).
• At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role within a similar FM or building services setting.
• Strong knowledge of building services maintenance, statutory compliance, and FM service delivery.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organisational capabilities.
