Job Description

• Producing CAD drawings as a Junior CAD Technician for rail and infrastructure projects delivered from the Croydon office.

• Supporting engineers and senior technicians with technical drawings and design layouts for rail projects across London and the South East.

• Updating and maintaining CAD models and drawings in line with project requirements within the Croydon engineering team.

• Assisting with the preparation of design documentation and drawing packages for infrastructure projects across Greater London.

• Developing technical skills and CAD capability within the Croydon-based consultancy while contributing to ongoing rail engineering projects.

Skills / Qualifications

• 1–3 Years CAD Experience working as a CAD Technician or Junior CAD Technician within an engineering or infrastructure environment in London or the UK.

• AutoCAD Proficiency producing technical drawings for engineering or infrastructure projects within consultancies or design teams.

• Rail or Infrastructure Project Exposure desirable for those looking to develop within the rail sector in Croydon or Greater London.

• Engineering or Design Qualification such as a relevant college course, HNC/HND or equivalent in engineering or CAD design.

• Strong Attention to Detail & Willingness to Learn within a Junior CAD Technician role in Croydon.
