• Reviewing completed works as a Commercial Analyst in Stratford to ensure accurate valuation using Schedule of Rates (SOR) and contract mechanisms.

• Protecting margin across East London repairs and voids contracts by identifying commercial risks and revenue opportunities.

• Verifying and approving subcontractor applications, ensuring accurate cost capture and delegated authority compliance.

• Producing commercial reports and performance analysis for operational and finance teams across the Stratford office.

Skills / Qualifications
