Traffic Marshal (Construction Site) – Southampton

Skilled Careers are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshal to work on a busy construction project in Southampton.

The Role

You will be based at the site entrance (gate duties) and responsible for maintaining safe movement around the project. Your main duties will include:

• Directing vehicles, delivery lorries, and plant safely in and out of the site

• Managing pedestrian access and ensuring site safety at all times

• Communicating clearly with site operatives, drivers, and visitors

• Following all health & safety procedures and site regulations

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman ticket

• A valid CSCS card

• Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshal on construction projects

• Good awareness of health & safety on site

• Reliability and clear communication skills
