Scheduler – Repairs, Maintenance & SOR Works

Experienced Repairs Scheduler wanted in Enfield – manage SOR works, disrepair, voids, and backlog from day one.

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join a busy repairs and maintenance team in Enfield. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, manage SOR works, and reduce backlog efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead repairs scheduling across disrepair, voids, maintenance, decorating, and tiling projects.

• Manage and reduce Schedule of Rates (SOR) backlog, ensuring timely completion and accurate billing.

• Build and oversee Schedule 7 & 8 programmes, prioritising works and allocating resources efficiently.

• Liaise with operatives, subcontractors, and supervisors to keep projects on track.

• Maintain accurate system updates and records for reporting and operational efficiency.

Key skills & qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scheduler, Maintenance Planner, or similar in repairs or construction.

• Strong knowledge of SOR works, disrepair scheduling, and voids management.

• Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.

• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.

• Experience coordinating tiling, decorating, and general repairs across multiple projects.

This Scheduler role in Enfield offers up to £50,000, Monday–Friday office-based work, and the chance to take ownership of a busy repairs and maintenance scheduling function.
