About the Role

We are looking for two reliable Labourers to join a busy hospital site in Colchester, carrying out site waste clearance and general labouring duties. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clearing site waste and maintaining tidy work areas

• Assisting site teams with general labouring tasks

• Following health & safety procedures at all times

• Supporting the smooth running of daily site operations

Requirements

• Previous labouring experience preferred

• CSCS card desirable but not essential (depending on site requirements)

• Good work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work 8am–5pm Monday to Friday
