• New hospital buildings and extensions (New Hospital Programme)

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site activities

• Driving safety, quality, and compliance standards

• Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades

• Working closely with clinical stakeholders and consultants

Ideal Background

• SM or CM experience with a main contractor

• Experience in healthcare, education, or regulated environments

• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes

• Calm, methodical approach to delivery
