We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in one of our most iconic schemes to date. ?? Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all commercial aspects of the project

• Subcontractor procurement and management

• Cost reporting, forecasting and budget control

• Valuations, variations and final accounts

• Liaising with the site team and senior management

? Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in main contracting

• Strong knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts

• Ability to work within a fast-paced, Tier One contracting environment

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
