About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Mobile FM Supervisor to oversee the delivery of building services across a portfolio of 27 commercial sites throughout London. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of 6 mobile engineers, ensuring high standards of maintenance, compliance, and client satisfaction.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for team development.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of 6 mobile engineers across the London portfolio

• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across 27 sites

• Conduct site audits, compliance checks, and ensure statutory obligations are met

• Act as the first point of contact for client queries and escalations

• Coordinate subcontractor activity and ensure service delivery meets SLAs

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of engineering staff

• Monitor performance, manage workloads, and support continuous improvement

• Ensure accurate reporting via CAFM systems and maintain site documentation

• Promote health & safety best practices across all locations

?? Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within facilities management

• Strong technical background in building services (electrical or mechanical bias preferred)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

• Full UK driving licence (company vehicle or travel allowance provided)

• Familiarity with CAFM systems and compliance protocols

• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
