About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Mobile Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias to join a growing FM team covering a portfolio of commercial sites across all London zones. This is a PPM, reactive, and compliance-driven role, ideal for a qualified engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across multiple high-profile buildings.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining building services systems to the highest standards, ensuring safety, reliability, and full statutory compliance across a diverse estate.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across multiple commercial sites

• Respond to reactive repairs and urgent call-outs efficiently

• Ensure all work meets compliance standards and statutory testing requirements

• Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical or mechanical systems (depending on bias)

• Support minor installation works and small projects

• Maintain accurate records via CAFM systems and site documentation

• Liaise with clients, helpdesk, and subcontractors to ensure smooth service delivery

• Adhere to health & safety procedures, permits to work, and risk assessments

?? Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical discipline

• 18th Edition (for electrical bias) or relevant mechanical qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial building services or facilities maintenance

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Full UK driving licence

• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple locations
