Project Manager (Fit Out)

To £80k + Company Benefits and Project Bonus

My client specialise in CAT A and CAT B commercial office fit out projects in the City which range in value from £250k to £5m.

You will be managing projects from the Tender stage through to completion and handover and will receive a 1% profit bonus per project that you manage.

Project Planning using ASTA or MS Project is required for this role along with a demonstratable track record of delivering CAT A and CAT B Fit Outs in the City with values up to £3m ideally.

CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications would also be preferred.
