This opportunity is with a leading fit out contractor who are based in London and have been established for over 40 years.

They specialise in managing CAT A and CAT B commercial office Fit Out projects in central London on projects ranging from £1m to £10m.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be managing a £7m CAT A fit out in Central London that starts in November. Experience of working for a main contractor is essential on projects ranging from new build to refurbishment and fit outs with values of at least up to £5m ideally.

This role really does require someone with a good track record of managing and delivering projects from start to finish.
