Office Manager – West Midlands -12 month FTC
Currently partnered with a growing architectural organisation who are looking for an experienced Office Manager to come on board to support the wider office along with the Senior Management team. This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract that has the potential to extend!
This organisation drives forward their people first culture in everything that they do. They are all extremely passionate about their work providing full architectural services to residential, commercial and community clients and projects.
About you:
- Experience working as an Office Manager/PA ( Ideally within the construction sector )
- Human Resources admin (contracts, absence, holidays, appraisals)
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Producing individual staff reports on efficiency and preparing payroll
- Maintenance of our internal ISO quality and environmental certifications
- Experience on monthly invoicing for clients
