Job Title: Electrician – Maintenance/Installer
Contract Type: 37 hours per week
Salary: £23.31 per hour
Working Locations: Kettering & Corby 

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your electrical expertise in a dynamic environment, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and fault finding within occupied social housing properties
• Fault finding, testing, and remedial works
• Some rewire works required in voids
• Ensuring all work is completed to current regulations and health & safety standards
• Participation in out-of-hours call-out required (1 full week every 4 weeks) with standby payment paid whether called out or not

Requirements:

• 18th edition
• Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent)
• 2391
• Proven experience as an Electrician within the social housing sector is essential
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle if possible (claiming mileage at 45p/mile)
• Own standard power tools required
