We are seeking a qualified and reliable Electrician to join our team, carrying out electrical works and repairs within social housing properties in Warwick and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrician: 

• Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
• Diagnose faults and complete remedial works.
• Undertake electrical work associated with kitchen and bathroom refurbishments where required.
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Complete relevant certification, job sheets and reports accurately.
• Liaise with residents, supervisors and other trades.
• Maintain tools, equipment and the company vehicle in good condition.
• Ensure properties are left safe, clean and tidy following completion of work.

Requirements of the Electrician: 

• Fully qualified – NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391 and PART F qualification. 
• Full UK driving licence.
• Relevant inspection, testing and certification qualifications appropriate to the duties are desirable.
