I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile AC Engineer to join an established business servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems across a portfolio of high-end residential developments, luxury apartment blocks, commercial properties and managed estates.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Planned preventative maintenance and servicing of AC systems

• Reactive maintenance and fault finding

• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs

• Completing remedial works and small installations

• Identifying system issues and recommending improvements

• Completing service reports and job sheets

• Liaising with clients, residents, concierge teams and estate managers

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in commercial air conditioning

• Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Experience with AC servicing, maintenance and repairs

• Relevant F-Gas qualification

• Full UK driving licence

• A professional, customer-focused approach
