Join our client's dedicated Repairs and Maintenance team as a Multi Trader, making a real difference to social housing communities in Ellesmere Port.

Responsibilities of the Multi Trader:

• Complete repairs and maintenance across occupied and void social housing
• Joinery works, patch plastering, tiling, roofing, basic plumbing, painting and general snagging
• Work independently and professionally, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on time
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed on-site

The successful Multi Trader will have:

• Experience working in social housing environments
• NVQ Level 2 in Joinery
• Clean driving license
• DBS Check

In return, the Multi Trader will receive: 

• £20.27 per hour – CIS/ PAYE 
• Van and fuel card
• Ongoing work
