My client is looking for a Plumber for a role based around London 

Day to Day Duties

• Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied residential properties
• Diagnosing plumbing faults and identifying effective, long-lasting solutions
• Achieving a high first-time fix rate and minimising repeat visits
• Providing excellent customer service and treating residents with courtesy and respect
• Using strong problem-solving skills to resolve repairs efficiently
• Supporting the Care Team in improving customer satisfaction and recovering existing contracts

Qualifications:

The following qualifications are preferred but not essential

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or an equivalent relevant qualification
• G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification
• Part P Electrical qualification
