Job description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Plasterer Multi-Trade to join our growing team in social housing properties across Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will have strong plastering skills as their core trade, with additional multi-trade abilities to carry out a variety of secondary tasks to a competent standard.

Key Responsibilities of the Plasterer Multi-Trade:

• Carry out all aspects of plastering including patching, skimming, float & set, bonding, and rendering as required.
• Undertake a variety of additional reactive repairs (e.g., basic carpentry, tiling, painting, or minor plumbing).
• Work independently or as part of a team to deliver first-time fixes and complete jobs within agreed timeframes.
• Keep accurate records of work undertaken using a PDA or job management system.

Requirements of the Plasterer Multi-Trade:

• Proven experience as a Plasterer Multi-Trade in a social housing or similar residential setting.
• Skilled in all aspects of internal and external plastering.
• Competent in at least one other trade (e.g., tiling, painting, carpentry, etc.).
• Full UK driving license (company van and fuel card provided).
• Own tools and PPE.
