We are currently recruiting for skilled, experienced Multi Traders in East London. 

The Role:

• Permanent position 
• Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
• Repair and maintain occupied properties
• Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• Proven reactive maintenance experience in social housing
• Ability to work independently in a reactive environment
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving license

What We Offer:

• £21.50 an hour
• Up to £720 take home after tax each week
