The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in ensuring the project is commercially controlled, procurement is completed efficiently and the project is delivered in line with budget and programme

Alongside the main £5 million project, the Quantity Surveyor will also have involvement in other projects, offering variety and the opportunity to contribute to the wider commercial team

  • Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to project delivery
  • Ability to work effectively with site teams, subcontractors and senior management

The Ideal Quantity Surveyor

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will be commercially astute, organised and confident in taking ownership of a project

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will need to be comfortable completing the outstanding procurement, establishing strong commercial controls and managing the project through to successful completion

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking for a hands-on position with responsibility, variety and the potential to secure a permanent position following the initial temporary period
