Senior Planner | London | £95,000 + package

I am working with a main contractor looking for a Senior Planner with strong pre-construction experience across commercial refurbishment or new-build projects.

You’ll develop tender and PCSA programmes, work with bid and estimating teams on sequencing and buildability, and identify programme risks before projects move into delivery. You’ll also work closely with project teams, clients and the supply chain to keep programmes accurate and achievable.

You must have:
• Strong experience using Asta Powerproject
• Commercial refurbishment or new-build project experience
• Pre-construction experience, including working on PCSA and Tenders across different forms of contract.
• The confidence to explain programme decisions to clients and internal teams

Location: London
Salary: £95,000 + package
