Self-Erecting Tower Crane Operator

Location: Tunbridge Wells
Rate: £22 – £25 per hour
Start: 1/10/2026

We are currently looking for an experienced Self-Erecting Tower Crane Operator to join a busy construction site.

The Role:

• Operating a self-erecting tower crane
• Operating the crane from ground level using remote controls
• Safely lifting and moving materials around site
• Following lifting plans and site instructions
• Carrying out daily checks before operating
• Working closely with the site team and banksman/signaller
• Ensuring lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Self-Erecting Tower Crane ticket
• Previous experience operating self-erecting tower cranes
• Experience operating cranes via remote control from ground level
• Relevant construction site experience
• Good understanding of lifting operations and safe working practices
• Valid right to work in the UK
• References from previous crane operating work
