Are you an experienced Retrofit Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with direct hands-on experience delivering Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) programs? Looking for a high-paying £32.00 per hour (CIS) contract overseeing high-profile energy-efficiency retrofits across occupied residential estates?

We are urgently recruiting a proactive SHDF Retrofit Site Manager to take operational control of multi-measure decarbonisation schemes based out of Enfield.

You will manage live occupied site operations, direct specialist sub-contractors, and ensure strict compliance with PAS standards, safety regulations, and project delivery schedules across the Enfield framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• SHDF Site Operations: Manage day-to-day on-site delivery of SHDF retrofits across occupied council and housing association properties in Enfield.

• Multi-Measure Supervision: Oversee installations of External Wall Insulation (EWI systems), Internal Wall Insulation (IWI), loft insulation, window/door upgrades, and ventilation systems (e.g., humidistat extractor fans).

• Sub-contractor Management: Coordinate specialist external trades, scaffolding sub-contractors, and supply chain logistics to achieve weekly handover targets.

• Occupied Estate Logistics: Maintain exceptional resident relations, minimizing disruption while enforcing strict safety protocols in live domestic environments.

• Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular site inspections and task sign-offs, ensuring full adherence to RAMS, CDM regulations, and PAS quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements & Experience:

• SHDF Experience: Essential proven track record as a Site Manager delivering Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) or large-scale energy-efficiency retrofit schemes.

• Mobility: Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.

• Certifications: CSCS Card (Black/Gold Manager Card preferred), SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Asbestos Awareness.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of EWI/IWI systems, external envelopes, scaffolding safety, and building pathology.

• Resident Focus: Strong communication skills for managing tenant access, resident queries, and client liaison.
