I am currently recruiting for an excellent multi trader opportunity working for a reactive maintenance team.

Multi Trade – Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing)
Bedford, Luton, Dunstable, Milton Keynes
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Multi trader to join a Reactive Maintenance team, working across the area's social housing properties.

The Role

• Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
• Repair and maintain occupied properties completing carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating etc.
• Deliver high-quality, safe work with a strong focus on resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Proven reactive maintenance experience, ideally in social housing
• NVQ Level 2 in core trade
• Ability to work independently in a reactive environment
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Full UK driving license
