Multi-Traders needed in South London

Role: Multi-Trader

Contract: Temp to Perm

Rate : £21.50 per hour

Location: South London

Working Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

My client is currently looking for multi-traders to work in social housing properties across South London. We are looking to recruit a number of multi-traders on their behalf to interview and start immediately.

Day to day work will consist of carrying out day-to-day maintenance and reactive repairs in occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while providing excellent customer service to tenants. You will be supplied with a company van to get to and from properties as well as a fuel card.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Previous experience working as a Multi-Trader within social housing or property maintenance
• Competent across a range of trades, including Carpentry, Plumbing, Patch Plastering, and Tiling. 
• Full UK Driver’s License
• Social Housing Experience
• Own tools
