As a Multi Trader, you'll be working in occupied social housing properties, carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Multi Trader looking for long-term, stable work with a company that values its employees.

The Role

As a Social Housing Multi Trader, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out reactive maintenance and planned repairs in social housing properties.
• Completing a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, painting, and basic multi-trade repairs.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently on the first visit where possible.
• Delivering excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Keeping accurate records using a handheld device.

What We're Looking For

To be successful as a Multi Trader, you should have:

• Previous experience working as a Multi Trader or Multi Trader within the social housing sector.
• Strong carpentry skills, with experience in other trades such as plumbing, tiling, decorating, or plastering.
• Experience working in occupied properties.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
