Mechanical Project Manager

Central London | Permanent | Up to £80,000 per annum + Package

Our client is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a range of commercial fit-out projects throughout Central London. The Role

As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take ownership of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple commercial fit-out projects across Central London.
• Coordinating mechanical subcontractors and site teams.
• Producing and managing project programmes, procurement schedules and labour resources.
• Attending client and site meetings while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Monitoring project progress, budgets and commercial performance.
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are adhered to.
• Managing quality control, commissioning and project handover.
• Working closely with internal commercial, design and electrical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E or Building Services sector.
• Proven track record delivering commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project deadlines.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence.
