Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a long-term social housing repairs and maintenance contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing commercial team delivering high-value refurbishment and temporary accommodation.

 

  • Managing the commercial delivery of a temporary accommodation workstream and supporting additional reactive and planned maintenance programmes
  • Overseeing subcontractor procurement, package management, valuations, variations and final accounts throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Leading and supporting junior commercial staff, including Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Trainee Quantity Surveyors, ensuring best practice and commercial compliance
  • Producing CVRs, cashflow forecasts, cost reports and commercial performance data for senior management
  • Scoping properties alongside clients and subcontractors, pricing works and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the Westminster contract

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related construction discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating within social housing, repairs, maintenance or refurbishment sectors
  • Strong knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates and social housing contract delivery
  • Proven experience producing CVRs, managing subcontractor accounts and maintaining contract cashflow
