Job Description

• Leading commercial analysis and reporting across responsive repairs, voids and planned maintenance contracts.
• Managing Schedule of Rates (SOR) valuations, identifying margin improvement opportunities and reducing commercial risk across multiple projects.
• Reviewing and approving subcontractor applications, cost reporting and financial controls to ensure accurate commercial performance.
• Supporting senior operational and commercial teams with forecasting, budgeting and strategic contract performance reviews.
• Driving process improvements, commercial compliance and reporting accuracy across housing maintenance and property services contracts.

Skills / Qualifications

• Proven Senior Commercial Analyst or Commercial Analyst experience within housing repairs, maintenance or construction sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness with advanced knowledge of Schedule of Rates (SOR) and contract cost management.
• Advanced Excel, reporting and analytical capability with experience presenting commercial data to senior stakeholders.
• Experienced managing commercial processes, financial controls and subcontractor cost reporting across London-based contracts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence operational teams and support business performance improvements.
