Gateman Required

Location: Hadlow, Kent 
Job Type: Full-time / Temporary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Gateman to join our team on a busy construction site in Hadlow and surrounding areas. The role involves managing site access, maintaining security, and ensuring safe movement of vehicles and personnel on site.

Gateman Key Responsibilities:

Controlling access to and from site
Signing visitors and contractors in and out
Monitoring deliveries and directing vehicles safely
Maintaining site security at all times
Keeping accurate site records and logs
Ensuring the entrance is kept safe and organised
Following all site health and safety procedures
Assisting with general site duties as required

Gateman Requirements:

Valid CSCS card (essential)
Previous experience as a Gateman preferred
Traffic Marshal / Banksman ticket (essential)
Good communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
