Bricklaying Site Supervisor / Bricklaying Supervisor – Somerset – 20 Week Contract

An established and growing brickwork subcontractor is recruiting for an experienced Bricklaying Site Supervisor to join the team on a 20 week contract delivering a new build care home project in Somerset.

We are looking for a hands-on Bricklaying Supervisor with strong bricklaying experience and a proven track record of managing and motivating a gang of bricklayers on live construction sites. This is a great opportunity for a reliable Bricklaying Site Supervisor to join a respected contractor known for delivering quality masonry packages across residential and commercial developments.

Duties will include:

• Supervising bricklayers and labour on site
• Managing daily progress and productivity
• Maintaining quality standards and health & safety compliance
• Coordinating materials, deliveries and site requirements
• Reporting progress to Contracts Management

Requirements:

• Strong bricklaying background
• Previous experience as a Bricklaying Supervisor, Bricklaying Foreman or Bricklaying Site Supervisor
• Ability to lead teams and keep works on programme
• CSCS essential
• SSSTS / SMSTS preferred

Rate: £200 – £220 per day
Location: Somerset
Duration: 20 weeks
