Job Description

• Conducting property inspections and surveys as a Repairs Surveyor across Bristol, including damp, mould, and condensation assessments
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring repairs are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards across Bristol
• Diagnosing complex building defects and specifying appropriate remedial works
• Ensuring compliance with HHSRS and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in Bristol
• Coordinating responsive, planned, and cyclical maintenance programmes with accurate reporting

Skills / Qualifications

• HNC Level 4 (or higher) in Surveying, Construction, or Built Environment 
• Strong understanding of building construction, defects, and housing legislation
• Experience managing contractors within repairs and maintenance environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for a Surveyor role in Bristol
• Full UK Driving Licence and strong IT skills including housing/property systems
