Quantity Surveyor

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

An established residential developer is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a large-scale regeneration scheme in North London.

You will take commercial responsibility for a phase of approximately 200 residential units, playing a key role in ensuring financial performance and cost control across the project.

This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a company that offers regular progression opportunities and I will help you every step of the way to become a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Role

• Manage project budgets, cost reporting, and financial performance
• Procure and oversee contractor and subcontractor packages
• Carry out tender analysis and ensure best value delivery
• Administer contracts, including valuations and variations
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to support project delivery

About You

• Experience in residential or mixed-use developments (high-rise preferred)
• Strong commercial and contract management knowledge
• Confident managing packages and working with stakeholders
• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
