The Role

As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you’ll take the lead on a wide variety of building services projects, from early concept through detailed design and delivery. You will:

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously across healthcare, commercial, leisure, industrial and high-end residential sectors.
• Drive detailed electrical design concepts and maintain a hands-on technical role throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage and mentor a small team of engineers, encouraging high performance and technical excellence.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to develop integrated, low-carbon engineering solutions.
• Work with a business that places delivery and client satisfaction at the core of everything they do.
• Engage with clients, represent the practice in meetings, and help guide project strategy from a technical perspective.
