Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary: Up to £48,000

Job Description:

• Delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer across site plant and equipment
• Carrying out legislative compliance tasks including emergency lighting inspection, testing, and repair
• Operating as Authorised Person (AP) for LV systems, including full responsibility for LV duties on site
• Performing functional switching on 11kV distribution networks and supporting fault diagnosis and resolution
• Supporting continuous improvement, risk assessments, and participating in a 1-in-4 call-out rota

Skills / Qualifications:

• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations essential for this Electrical Maintenance Engineer role
• Recognised electrical qualifications with experience in facilities management environments
• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
• Strong fault-finding, decision-making, and problem-solving capability
• Effective communication skills when dealing with clients, tenants, and internal teams
