Salary: £65,000 – £75,000

Key Responsibilities

(Principal Electrical Engineer – London Bridge)

• Lead, oversee, and sign off electrical design across healthcare, residential healthcare, commercial, and education projects.
• Produce, review, and authorise advanced design calculations, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and external stakeholders at a senior level.
• Provide strategic technical leadership and mentor electrical engineers across the team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and continuously enhance design standards.

Required Skills & Experience

(Principal Electrical Engineer – London Bridge)

• Extensive experience as an Electrical Engineer within building services, ideally already operating at principal level.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and deliver complex schemes across healthcare, commercial, or education sectors.
• Strong proficiency with design platforms such as AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant electrical engineering software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills with the ability to oversee teams and drive project delivery.
• Deep understanding of UK regulations
