Location: Surrey (Office-Based with Site Visits)

A leading residential developer is seeking a Freelance Technical Manager or Senior Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple low-rise housing projects across Surrey, Kent and Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical professional to join a respected developer on a contract basis.

The Role

• Office-based in Surrey, with regular site visits across the region
• Overseeing technical coordination for low-rise housing schemes
• Managing design information, addressing queries, and supporting project teams
• Liaising with consultants, planners, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Technical Manager or Technical Coordinator within residential development
• Background in low-rise / traditional build housing
• Ability to manage multiple sites and work autonomously
