We are seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our social hosuing client, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services within occupied and void social housing properties.

Working within tenanted properties, you will carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure homes are safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard. This is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance works in social housing properties
• Using company van & PDA system 
• Complete multi-trade repairs
• Basic plumbing (taps, sinks, WC repairs)
• Carpentry (doors, locks, architraves, kitchen repairs)
• Patch plastering and making good
• Tiling and minor flooring repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently on first visit where possible
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants at all times
• Accurately complete job reports and paperwork (via PDA or mobile device)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing or domestic maintenance
• Must have trade NVQ 
• Strong skills across multiple trades (carpentry or plumbing bias desirable)
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
