Quantity Surveyor – New Build Residential

Up to £60,000 + Package

We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a progressive and growing construction business delivering high-quality residential developments across London.

The company is recognised for its innovative approach to construction and commitment to delivering sustainable, high-quality buildings through modern construction techniques and integrated project delivery. With a strong and growing pipeline of work, they are now seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of new build residential schemes valued up to £30m.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative project team, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of residential developments from procurement through to final account.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing project costs from pre-construction through to completion

• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages

• Preparing and reviewing subcontract documentation

• Valuations, variations and change management

• Cost reporting and forecasting

• Supporting project delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Liaising with clients, consultants and supply chain partners

Requirements

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry

• Proven experience delivering new build residential projects

• Experience on projects valued up to £30m

• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

• Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (preferred)

• Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing business
